I managed to solve the issue by changing Wi-Fi frequency in the router settings. It was "auto" and I started to try different frequencies one by one. After switching to the next frequency I go to Wi-Fi settings in the phone and try to connect to the network. I tried 2 472 MHZ and it didn't work but the next frequency 2 467 MHz suddenly worked!
